The Maintenance Technician Supervisor assist in overseeing the daily maintenance operations, coordinates repair schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and brand standards. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, helping in guiding a team of technicians to deliver timely, high-quality service across all hotel systems and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform and oversee repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
· Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
· Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; manage vendor relationships
· Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with professionalism
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and brand standards
· Assist in training team members on safety protocols and technical procedures
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
· 3+ years of hotel or commercial maintenance experience
· 1+ year in a supervisory or lead technician role
· Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
· Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
