Now Hiring. Dolphin Run Condominiums is looking to hire a full time Maintenance Helper with the following experience including but not limited to painting, drywall, plumbing, minor electrical, PTAC heating and cooling, general carpentry and swimming pool operations. You will be assisting the Maintenance Manager with daily assignments and projects. You must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. Additional duties to include walking the exterior building, garage, parking lot to pick up trash daily. Weekend work is required.
