We’re currently looking to expand our Guest Services team by adding a dependable, engaging, and customer focused individual to assist with our housekeeping department.

o Clean and service the guestrooms and bathrooms, and to perform all assigned functions/duties in accordance with established guidelines/ procedures

o Clean guestrooms, including but not limited to duties such as making bed(s), vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down/dusting all surfaces. Replenishes all guest amenities and information folders, as needed.

o Maintain complete knowledge of, and complies with, all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.

o Maintain familiarity with all hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

o Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention.

o Replenish all amenities such towels, soaps, and tissues, as needed.

o Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair. Reports status of rooms clean/unclean, vacant/occupied via the in-room phone system.

o Exercise care in the use of cleaning supplies, methods, and equipment, while following all safety guidelines.

o Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, in accordance with OSHA regulations, and in adherence to established guidelines/procedures.

o Report emergencies needed maintenance and safety hazards in assigned areas to supervisors.

o Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times.

o Work under minimal supervision, completing assigned tasks in a timely fashion.

o Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $10.00 per hour
