Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a House-person for the Country Inn & Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront located at 1801 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451.

Core Responsibilities:
–Ensure security of any assigned keys and beeper.
–Review assignment sheet and updated completed assignments. Check with Supervisor and Housekeeping office for additional assignments throughout the shift.
–Review assigned area and complete general removal of any trash or debris.
–Check assigned floor closets and completed linen requisition to replenish linen supplies.
–Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor; remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas.
–Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
–Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
–Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
–Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
