Our popular oceanfront hotel seeks a Full-Time/ Part-Time Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) to join our top-performing hotel team. This important role directly impacts our guests’ experience, so we are looking for enthusiastic and positive “Rock Stars” that love what they do, and enjoy helping others!

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet EVERY guest in a friendly and helpful manner
Go out of your way to make sure guests enjoy their stay
Perform guest check In and check out according to brand procedures
Answer phone calls and make direct reservations
Sales and guest service focused
Interacts effectively with other departments
Maintain cleanliness of the Front Desk and Front Office areas
Qualifications and Skills

Hotel front desk experience is a plus. Preferably with one of the Hilton brands.
Must have excellent customer service skills and able to work as part of a team.
Open Availability – weekdays, weekends, and holidays is a MUST for this position.
Must have dependable transportation.

Salary: $10.00 to $11.00 /hour
