Inspect the general condition of lobby, entrances, elevators, common areas & backside of the building etc. daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
Respond to Supervisors & other Staff for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, electrical issues, installing new locks /doors, checking smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, sheet rock, mudding painting etc.
Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in Hotel room’ units as required
Ensure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris
Maintain sprinkler system and trash receptacles on the premises
Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers
Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services as needed
Follow Maintenance Schedule
