Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food beverage service to all guests. Clean and set up in the outlet and perform other food service duties, including general cleaning and set up.

 

·        Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties.

 

·        Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service.

 

·        Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and ensure proper safety standards at all times.

 

·        Maintain positive guest relations at all times

 

·        Prepare beverage stations as assigned as laid down in departmental standards. Retrieve clean linen from Laundry and stock in restaurants. Fold napkins as needed and set tables to meet restaurant standards.

 

·        Remove soiled wares and other items from tables as needed. Transport tray from restaurant to breakdown areas and separate wares and food.

 

·        Monitor and maintain cleanliness of work stations. Break down all food and beverage stations, and properly clean and restore when not in use.
