Collect any plates, napkins, or flatware left behind as required. Tables are setup in proper place and cleaned frequently in between guests. Maintain and clean all service areas used; floors are kept free of debris at all times.
Maintain and clean all refrigeration units used during and after service.
Break down the buffet, ensuring all parts are clean, polished and stored. Service area must be cleaned and ensure that all supplies are put in their proper places. Also ensure that any equipment used is clean and stored in its proper place.
Perform side work as needed.
