-Take initiative to welcome guests.
-Exercise a sense of urgency for guest inquiries, requests and/or concerns.
-Be knowledgeable in menu offerings and preparations.
-Prepare, stock and ensure available food options are plentiful throughout the duration of breakfast.
-Complete all assigned prep and side work with attention to detail.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety and sanitation standards.
-Assist in the creation and planning of menus as required.
-Aid in the inventorying, purchasing, receiving and storage of all department items as required.
-Help team members as needed to encourage a team atmosphere.
-Take pride in your role in order to embody an exceptional guest service atmosphere.
-Other duties as assigned by management.
-Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
-Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required.
-Computer skills enough to learn hotel operating system, MS office, and internet.
-Ability to work with all types of people.
