Breakfast Attendant

Core Responsibilities:
–Set up the breakfast properly and ensure fresh items are presented throughout the shift.
–Help with serving and attend to guest needs, answering questions and going above and beyond for our guest needs.
–Collect any plates, napkins, or flatware left behind as required. Tables are setup in proper place and cleaned frequently in between guests. Maintain and clean all service areas used; floors are kept free of debris at all times.
–Maintain and clean all refrigeration units used during and after service.
–Break down the buffet, ensuring all parts are clean, polished and stored. Service area must be cleaned and ensure that all supplies are put in their proper places. Also ensure that any equipment used is clean and stored in its proper place.
–Perform side work as needed.

–Most possess a good command of the English language and the ability to communicate clearly
–Experience working in a fast-paced environment
–Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
–Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
–Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
–Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
