Job Description:
Responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Applicant to ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality, servicing HVAC and maintaining the upkeep of the landscape. Essentially, the goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.
EPA 608 Certification: Required
Pool Certification: Preferred
