Front Desk Agent

Cutty Sark Historic Efficiencies and Cottage Is seeking to hire a Front Desk Agent.

This position is considered entry level and assist in the organization and duties of the sales and housekeeping department by functioning as the central contact for information specific to this department. The Front Desk Sales is responsible for clerical administrative and other supportive duties for the sales department to provide top-notch customer service disposition should support Sales and Housekeeping to allow these positions to focus on proactive selling.

Approach all encounters with guest and fellow staff and a polite friendly and service oriented manner.

Answer all incoming phone calls

Create and deliver a welcome attitude in person. Respond to reviews promptly and in a friendly professional manner.

Create current amenities for Guest.

Create list of Materials and maintain Supplies needed to
Efficiently operate front desk.

Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards as required by scheduling which very according to the needs of the Cutty Sark historic efficiencies at7 Day dayMaintain regular attendance in compliance with standards as required by scheduling which very according to the new age of the Cutty Sark historic efficiencies at seven day a week Hospitality business including Saturdays Sundays and holidays

Comply at all times with Cutty Sark standards and regulations to Encourage safe and Efficient Cutty Sark operations.

Prepare and process correspondence, review, responses ,thank you letters, arrival and departure letters.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system.

Build and maintain reservations in the property management system PMS and Sales system.

Ensure that the information and the sales system matches the property management system PMS.

Operate within to establish the sales projected.

Utilize the automated sales system.

Assist in preparation of require reports in a timely manner.

Understand the competitors in the market and the strategy to sell against them.

Meet and greet on site contacts remote contacts, by phone, and email message in a Concise Friendly professional manner.

Day Shift Starting salary one year experience $14 an hour.
dayshift 9am to 3 pm 6 Days a week including weekends and holidays.

Night Shift 3 pm 10 pm. 6 nights
Starting Salary $14 an hour.
