Prior experience in similar role in full-service hotel that has a minimum of 15K square foot meeting space.
Strong wedding market experience.
Local market preferred, but not 100% necessary
Consistent history without a lot of short-term positions.
Ability to forecast
Hotel reservations & Sales and Catering software program knowledge such as CI.
