The TATTOO is back! For more than two decades the Virginia Arts Festival’s Virginia International Tattoo has thrilled audiences with a spectacular Show of patriotism and pride. This year, the tattoo takes the field outdoors at Old Dominion University’s S. B. Ballard stadium with an exceptional cast including military bands, bagpipes galore, drummers, dancers and so much more!
